◆ PA612 HSL Material : PA612 high temperature and thermal stability modification (long-term heat and oxygen aging resistance).

◆ PA612 HSL Characteristics : 1. The water absorption rate is much lower than that of PA6/PA66, and it has excellent dimensional stability in humid environments, making it the preferred choice for precision parts. 2. Comes with lubrication, wear-resistant and low friction, no need to add additional lubricants, preferred for gears/sliding parts. 3. Long term thermal stability, resistant to degradation during high-temperature processing, and capable of continuous extrusion/injection molding; Low volatility, suitable for food and precision electronics. 4. Good low-temperature toughness (-35 ℃ non brittle), resistant to gasoline/lubricating oil/grease.

◆ PA612 HSL Purpose : 1. Automobile: fuel line, brake vacuum pipe, wire harness sheath, sensor housing, small gear, buckle. 2. Hydraulic/Pneumatic: Nylon high-pressure hose, quick connector, piston ring, wear-resistant liner. 3. Precision electronics: connectors, micro gears, switch accessories (low precipitation, stable size). 4. Daily use/food: FDA compliant, drinking water accessories, wear-resistant parts for food machinery. 5. Textile/Wire: Wear resistant spinning, fishing line substrate.
